Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of idea (the "Service"), operated by 4014 Labs, Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
- All information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Description of Service
idea provides AI-powered chat, media processing, developer dashboards, APIs, SDKs, uploads, and related tools through a prepaid credit-based system.
Use of developer dashboards, APIs, SDKs, or API keys is also governed by our Developer and API Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms.
The Service operates on limited computing and storage infrastructure. Capacity is finite and may be constrained at any time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
The Service is not designed or offered as a high-availability, fault-tolerant, or mission-critical system.
3. Account Registration and Security
Access requires authentication through Google or a verified email and password.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account;
- All activities conducted under your account;
- Safeguarding access credentials.
You may not:
- Share or sell accounts;
- Circumvent invite systems or usage limits;
- Create accounts through unauthorized methods.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
If you create or administer an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it and are responsible for managing its members and credentials.
4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Refunds
4.1 Credit System
The Service uses credits. Credits:
- May be purchased in advance or included with a subscription;
- Represent a limited, revocable license to access processing capacity;
- Have no cash value;
- Are non-transferable.
4.2 Charges
Credits may be deducted for chat, model, media-processing, storage, and API usage. API pricing may differ from web-app pricing. We may reserve an estimated amount before an API operation and settle or release it after execution. The price and billing unit shown for the applicable surface at the time of use controls.
GPU rendering consumes credits based on measured GPU execution time at the selected GPU's rate. More powerful GPUs consume credits faster. Execution timeouts may still consume credits for billable GPU time already used. Jobs that do not execute incur no GPU-time charge.
4.3 No Refund Policy
Credit purchases and subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Service outages, interruptions, delays, degraded performance, or capacity limitations do not entitle users to refunds.
During service outages, unused credits remain subject to their normal allowance reset and expiry rules.
We are not obligated to extend, convert, or redeem credits for monetary value.
4.4 Subscriptions
Where offered, subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled through Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Included credits expire at the end of their allowance period and do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire. Prices, allowances, and applicable usage limits are disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights required by applicable law.
5. Service Availability and Capacity Limitations
The Service operates on limited infrastructure.
Available GPU models, their assignment to subscription tiers, and usage rates may change. Your plan provides access to eligible GPUs subject to available capacity; no particular GPU model or immediate availability is guaranteed.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access;
- Job completion;
- Processing speed;
- System reliability;
- Availability at any specific time.
Service interruptions, system failures, queue delays, and extended outages may occur.
You acknowledge and accept that the Service may be unavailable at times and that no uptime guarantees are provided.
6. Storage Limitations and Data Loss
The Service functions as a temporary processing platform and not as a storage or archival solution.
Uploaded files and generated content are stored in shared infrastructure.
When storage utilization approaches capacity (including but not limited to approximately 80%), older or cached content may be permanently deleted without notice.
Content may also be lost, deleted, corrupted, or become unavailable at any time due to:
- System failures;
- Infrastructure limitations;
- Software errors;
- Maintenance operations.
You should assume that content may be lost at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all uploaded and generated content.
We have no obligation to preserve, recover, or restore deleted or lost content.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Store;
- Process;
- Analyze;
- Transmit;
- Display content as necessary to operate the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to upload the content;
- The content does not infringe third-party rights;
- The content does not violate applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content at our sole discretion.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in illegal activities;
- Generate unlawful, abusive, or harmful content;
- Infringe copyrights or intellectual property;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
- Circumvent usage limits or system protections;
- Use the Service for competitive analysis.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
9. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or erroneous.
We make no representations regarding:
- Accuracy;

- Suitability for any purpose.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
